Using a CAC-enabled computer, follow the path that was previously taken to access and submit an electronic reimbursement request at: https://daims.doded.mil/Reimbursements/ReimbursementRegistration.aspx

The original, CAC-accessed electronic document that was submitted will appear - follow instructions in Section 6 to upload new or missing required documents.Email exams@navy.mil for additional assistance.
