Create an electronic file of the required official score report and payment receipt, by downloading it from the official source. Save the file as a DOC, PDF, JPEG, PNG, GIF,etc., locally, on the actual computer you are using to access the CAC-enabled Electronic Reimbursement Request.  


Electronic documents that are imported from an outside source, such as the testing agency's website, may appear as an HTML file which will not upload, resulting in a system failure and error message. 


To ensure you are accessing the most current version of the Electronic Reimbursement Request, enter: www.dantes.doded.mil in your browser window and after the website loads, press F5 before selecting EXAMINATIONS >REIMBURSEMENT ELIGIBILITY
